Under her leadership, retail businesses reached market-leading positions, delivering 65% CAGR over five years, serving more than 10 million customers nationwide and managing over US$10 billion in assets.

Today, she brings that operator judgment and cross-border perspective into venture investing — backing resilient founders building enduring companies across Emerging Asia and the United States.

Huong holds degrees in Mathematics and Economics, an MBA in Finance from Fordham University, and executive education from Harvard Business School and Wharton School. She is the first Vietnamese Charter Member of TiE Singapore, part of TiE Global, the world's largest non-profit network of entrepreneurs. Huong is also actively engaged in philanthropic initiatives focused on children and community well-being.

Mark DeSantis is an entrepreneur and advisor with over 30 years of experience in AI, robotics, energy, and education technology. He currently serves as Senior Adviser at L.E.K. Consulting, Executive Director & Senior Adviser at Cascadia Capital, Advisor to Cybernetix Ventures, and Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at Carnegie Mellon University.

Previously, he was CEO of Bloomfield, a precision agriculture company acquired by Kubota, and co-founded RoadBotics (acquired by Michelin) and kWantix (acquired by Moody Aldrich Partners). He also co-founded kWantera and served as CEO of Think Through Learning (acquired by Imagine Learning).

Sherry (Xiang) Wu is a technology executive with over 25 years of experience in IT leadership and digital transformation. She currently serves as CTO at University of Michigan Credit Union, overseeing enterprise technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application development.

She also serves as an advisory board member and innovation advisor across Fintech and technology organizations and previously served on the board of People Driven Credit Union. Ms. Wu holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.

Krassimir Katev is a financier and investor with over 30 years of experience in global markets, asset management, private equity, and public finance. He is currently a Board Observer at Self Inspection, a member of the Transatlantic Marshall Council at the German Marshall Fund and Advisor to the President at Alcatraz AI.

He previously founded Prime Capital Management AD and co-founded Delta Capital, leading investments and transactions across multiple sectors, including over USD 2 billion in exits. Earlier, Mr. Katev served as First Deputy Minister of Finance of Bulgaria and represented Bulgaria at the IMF and the Council of Europe Development Bank.

Ryl Nguyen is a finance executive with over 20 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, and wealth management. He is Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of OCB Securities (OCBS), and previously held senior leadership roles at LPBank Securities, VPBank Securities, VNDIRECT, and Orient Commercial Bank (OCB).

Mr. Nguyen holds a Master's in Finance (Distinction) from the University of Sydney and brings extensive expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic leadership.

Phuong Hoang is a business executive and serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of leadership experience in FMCG, brand strategy, and commercial transformation.

He previously served as General Director of Anheuser-Busch InBev Vietnam, leading the company's growth and business transformation, and held senior leadership roles at HEINEKEN Vietnam, Tien Phong Bank, and Carlsberg. He brings extensive expertise in strategic growth, brand building, and scaling high-performing organizations.

David Nguyen is a serial entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience building consumer brands and sports ventures in Vietnam. He is the Co-founder of Cộng Cà Phê, one of Vietnam's leading coffee chains, and Co-founder and Board Member of Di-Van Golf.

Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, Mr. Nguyen is a dedicated investor and supporter of Asia's emerging golf talent, actively contributing to the development of the region's next generation of professional athletes.
